Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of adult patients, particularly those aged 40 to 65, to assess their physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that target specific goals, enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to support recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that each patient receives individualized and adaptive care.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care activities utilizing CureMD EMR to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients, particularly those dealing with orthopedic conditions. Many of our patients are recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or managing chronic pain. Your expertise in developing effective rehabilitation strategies will be pivotal to their journey towards regaining function and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• An active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated clinical excellence in physical therapy practice, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems, specifically CureMD, for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• While prior outpatient experience is a plus, we welcome applicants who are newly graduated or have other relevant clinical experiences.
• Familiarity with orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and an eagerness to embrace continuous learning will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
