New Millennium Pain and Spine is actively searching for a passionate and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to accurately assess physical capabilities and limitations, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Implement hands-on therapy sessions, utilizing manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises aimed at alleviating pain and restoring function.
• Educate clients and their families on effective at-home exercises and self-care strategies to promote continued improvement outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions using our electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols based on observed outcomes and patient feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with patients suffering from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Previous exposure to electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous for efficient documentation and patient management.
