Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, identifying their needs and developing individualized treatment plans aimed at optimizing mobility and functionality.
• Direct physical therapy interventions that target pain relief, muscle rehabilitation, and functional enhancement, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Oversee and guide the implementation of care plans by physical therapy assistants, ensuring quality and adherence to established protocols.
• Regularly assess patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment regimens based on documented observations and patient feedback.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, documenting initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries to comply with regulatory standards and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.
• Engage actively in team meetings and case conferences, providing insights and contributing to collaborative care strategies that improve patient outcomes.
• Offer education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment processes, home exercises, and proper use of assistive devices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with industry trends and best practices to deliver the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Triumph and Wellness, you will primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our clientele ranges from young athletes to seniors, each presenting unique challenges and rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Valid CPR certification and a driver's license with insurance.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in either an acute care or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits
