Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Comprehensive Pain Management and Spine Care, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their functional capabilities and limitations.
• Formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Educating patients about their conditions and instructing them on exercises and strategies designed to promote self-management and recovery.
• Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care delivery focused on the best patient outcomes.
• Keeping detailed records of treatment sessions, patient progress, and necessary communications with other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse population of patients who may be experiencing acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. This ranges from post-surgical rehabilitation to sports injuries, arthritis, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Your role will be critical in restoring function and enhancing the independence of each patient, taking into account their unique backgrounds and treatment preferences.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or a similar setting.
• Strong understanding of current therapy techniques and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting with a focus on orthopedic care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
