Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our rehabilitation center. You will work alongside two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA) in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced schedule that promotes both professionalism and personal well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to define their goals and requirements, ensuring a patient-centric approach to care.
• Manage a manageable caseload, providing dedicated attention to one patient per hour to foster a comprehensive therapeutic relationship.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate various treatment techniques, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Employ cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at improving clients' range of motion and overall mobility, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Guide patients in lifestyle modifications aimed at enhancing their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through tailored fitness and wellness programs.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring that progress is tracked and communicated effectively among the healthcare team.
• Motivate patients consistently throughout their treatment process, encouraging adherence to therapy regimens and engagement in their rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care and well-coordinated treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily focuses on orthopedic cases, catering to a diverse range of patients seeking rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries, postoperative recovery, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist must be maintained.
• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions against your license is necessary.
• Strong manual therapy skills and experience implementing exercise protocols for rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Experience as a Physical Therapist specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and treatment modalities is a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients and families, fostering trust and cooperation in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

Evolution Physical Therapy, Inc. offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
