Work Environment

Your work will be conducted onsite in our vibrant outpatient office, where you will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to superior patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment to patients based on comprehensive assessments, addressing their specific rehabilitation needs and objectives.
• Manage a balanced patient load, ensuring each individual receives the focused attention and care they require during their visits.
• Apply your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities tailored to enhance mobility and physical function.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, focusing on patient-specific goals.
• Advocate for non-surgical treatment options and educate patients on lifestyle modifications to minimize dependency on medication.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide innovative and effective therapeutic interventions.
• Encourage active patient participation throughout their rehabilitation journey, motivating them towards their wellness and recovery goals.
• Promote strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through customized fitness and wellness programs.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient treatment.
• Continuously evaluate treatment progress by documenting patient interactions and outcomes using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
• You must hold an active and unblemished Physical Therapist license for the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
