Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Rothman Therapeutics, you will work onsite in our modern, fully equipped outpatient office. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities, establishing tailored treatment plans that align with individual recovery goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques and tailored exercise programs, to facilitate patient recovery and improve overall function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide coordinated care that addresses the various aspects of each patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records utilizing EMR software, specifically Web PT, to track progress and update treatment plans in real-time.
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes for each patient.
• Empower patients by educating them about their conditions, encouraging self-management, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices that enhance their rehabilitation experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with an exemplary record free from sanctions or board proceedings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000–120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
