Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through comprehensive assessments of their physical capabilities, including diagnostic tests for muscle strength, joint mobility, and functional abilities.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, restoring function, and maximizing patients' independence, all in accordance with established care protocols.
• Direct and supervise physical therapy assistants in implementing the prescribed plan of care, ensuring proper treatment procedures are followed.
• Administer various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapies, traction, and exercises tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust therapy plans based on observed response and feedback.
• Collaborate with physicians and members of the interdisciplinary team during case conferences, making informative recommendations to enhance patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and the effective use of assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, including initial evaluations, treatment progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in clinic initiatives aimed at improving patient engagement and satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
