Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, reviewing medical histories and evaluating physical abilities through specific assessments to design customized treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, fostering an inclusive environment for setting rehabilitation goals.
• Implement treatment protocols based on patient assessments, adaptable to individual responses and the latest healthcare advancements, ensuring evidence-based practice is at the forefront of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey is required.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association (BLS for Healthcare Providers) is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary team members.

Compensation and Benefits
