Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement treatment protocols across various specialties, including orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, neurologic interventions, and sports medicine.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic care both in clinic environments and through home healthcare visits, ensuring alignment with the prescribed treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient recovery, consistently striving to optimize outcomes and improve functionality.
• Provide patient education, train caregivers, and empower individuals with the knowledge to maintain their health and recovery post-therapy.
• Engage in active communication and teamwork with colleagues and other healthcare professionals, contributing to comprehensive patient care.
• Achieve performance-related benchmarks and other operational objectives to support the overall success of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including children, athletes, and individuals recovering from surgery or injury. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, conferred by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Current certification in CPR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that foster effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficient computer and documentation skills, supporting efficient patient record management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community engagement and patient outreach, enhancing the visibility of physical therapy services in the locality.
