Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians to address specific needs and goals.
• Engage in direct patient care and provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient status, therapeutic procedures, and progress toward goals in compliance with state regulations and facility standards.
• Demonstrate superior customer service through effective communication and empathy, fostering a supportive relationship that encourages patient motivation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to refine treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Vitalics, you will be working with a diverse range of patients, including those needing orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, neurologic treatment, and sports medicine recovery. This variety allows you to apply a blend of specialized techniques tailored to each patient's unique case, ensuring an individualized healing experience. Your role is pivotal in fostering healing and empowering patients to regain independence and functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
