Work Environment

This role is based in our state-of-the-art outpatient office, where patient engagement and teamwork thrive. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Convivial Physical Therapy, you will:

• Thoroughly evaluate patients referred by physicians, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and conditions.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to treat a range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric issues, and sports medicine challenges.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service, ensuring that every patient feels supported and valued throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, leveraging evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions within the clinic, ensuring that treatment aligns with the physician's plan of care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about their treatment plans, providing guidance and support to encourage engagement in their recovery.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators and business objectives, contributing to the overall success of the practice.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
• A current CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective patient interactions and teamwork.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic computer applications.
• The ability to build strong relationships with patients and foster a supportive environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
