Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, gathering detailed medical histories and performing physical assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patients' goals and physician recommendations, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Administer a variety of therapies, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, tailored specifically for individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Provide patient education on conditions and treatments, empowering individuals and their caregivers with knowledge to support recovery.
• Engage with patients to establish strong therapeutic relationships, enhancing their commitment to the treatment process.
• Meet minimum productivity goals and business objectives, contributing actively to the practice's growth and patient success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Deep Care Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. Qualifications

• Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, but candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and significant experience will be considered.
• Active and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
