Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and adapt therapeutic techniques that align with the physician's plan of care to promote functional improvements in patients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize patient outcomes, ensuring that all treatment modalities are aligned with current research and best practices.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them to engage actively in the rehabilitation process.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, enhancing the overall effectiveness of treatment plans while ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, working alongside physicians, physical therapist assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to treat a diverse array of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Valid license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective patient interaction.
