Muscle Essential Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient clinic located in East Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping patients restore their motion, improve their functional performance, and enhance their overall quality of life through targeted therapeutic interventions and support.

Work Environment

Our clinic operates in a collaborative, dynamic atmosphere where teamwork is essential. With a focus on outpatient care, our facility boasts a range of resources to support physical therapy practices. You will be working closely with fellow therapists, administrative professionals, and other healthcare providers to ensure each patient's needs are fully addressed. Your work schedule will be from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday , allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized rehabilitation care that addresses the specific goals and needs of each patient.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure adequate focus on each individual's treatment plan.
• Demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic outpatient care, having a firm understanding of effective treatment modalities.
• Employ cost-effective methods to enhance patient mobility and motion, while minimizing reliance on more invasive options.
• Champion non-surgical alternatives to traditional treatment paths and medications.
• Develop customized care plans that incorporate a spectrum of treatment techniques and modalities based on evidence-based practices.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to meet individual patient requirements and capabilities.
• Continuously motivate and encourage patients throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Measure and monitor patients' progress through regular evaluations and adjustment of treatment plans.
• Document each patient's progress meticulously, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy while satisfying EMR software requirements.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active and impeccable Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.

• Skilled in creating and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to the patient's needs.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Web PT, for efficient documentation.
• Strong knowledge of current physical therapy techniques supported by the latest research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• A strong background in sports rehabilitation and orthopedic care.
• Familiarity with multi-disciplinary healthcare collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
