Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop effective treatment plans that promote recovery and mobility.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance the functional abilities of patients.
• Monitor patients' progress, document outcomes thoroughly, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet dynamic therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to provide guidance and education on rehabilitation practices and assistive device usage.
• Maintain and enhance professional knowledge through participation in continuing education opportunities, including workshops and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals of all ages requiring rehabilitation following orthopedic surgeries, traumatic injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other mobility impairments. You will be responsible for addressing the unique needs of each patient, emphasizing functional improvements and pain relief through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is essential for this role.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is required to practice in New Jersey.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical for effective patient interactions and documentation.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and patient management.
• Ability to maintain flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Experience
