Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our East Brunswick outpatient office, you will work onsite in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and needs, developing individualized treatment programs in collaboration with referring physicians.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients with diverse conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric issues, and sports-related concerns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care, ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to the effectiveness of our clinic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, utilizing data-driven approaches and innovative treatment modalities.
• Provide therapeutic care that may require travel to patients' homes, applying specific techniques aligned with prescribed treatment plans.

• Meet or exceed utilization goals and participate in the continuous assessment of program effectiveness to achieve business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by CAPTE or APTA.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is preferred.

• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
