Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care to patients, crafting individualized treatment plans that address their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and time they deserve during their therapy sessions.
• Employ your expertise in orthopedic physical therapy, utilizing advanced techniques to elevate patient mobility and functionality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries. Our clientele consists of active individuals across various age groups, from young athletes to older adults looking to regain their independence. The focus is on enhancing overall physical performance, reducing pain, and improving mobility through specialized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to design and implement effective exercise programs.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for thorough documentation and patient tracking.
• A solid foundation in contemporary physical therapy concepts, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly regarded, particularly in sports medicine.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize a wide range of treatment modalities effectively.
• Prior experience working in a team-based clinical environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage and motivate patients consistently.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan options, continuing education allowances, and paid time off.
