Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities, limitations, and unique needs.
• Design and implement customized treatment programs aimed at enhancing mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function.
• Deliver therapy in a variety of settings, including our rehabilitation center and, when necessary, in patients' homes to ensure the continuity of care.
• Utilize clinical expertise to treat a range of specialties such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients, adapting approaches as necessary to meet those specific needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance care quality.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers by providing clear instructions on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and contribute to a collaborative environment that prioritizes optimal patient outcomes.
• Exceed performance metrics for patient utilization and satisfaction to support the clinic's operational goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active State License as a Doctor of Physical Therapists (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a clinical setting to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.
• Current CPR certification, showcasing your commitment to patient safety and emergency readiness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, vital for building rapport with patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in word processing and documentation software to maintain accurate patient records.

Compensation and Benefits
