Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and patient education, to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of each patient's physical condition to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Efficiently manage a caseload of approximately three patients per hour, ensuring that each session is tailored to the patient's needs and progress.
• Record patient progress and outcomes in CureMD EMR, documenting treatment plans, and communicating effectively with referring providers.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and self-management techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their ongoing health and wellness.
• Adapt treatment modalities based on patient feedback and progress, ensuring a responsive and flexible treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your practice will be adults aged 40-65 who are recovering from various musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. You will engage with a diverse patient population, each presenting unique challenges that require dedicated care and personalized treatment strategies. By addressing their specific rehabilitation needs, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a strong clinical foundation in therapeutic techniques.
• A valid New Jersey PT license or eligibility to obtain it is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and clinical reasoning abilities to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Clear communication skills to document treatment plans and convey health information to patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy is required, prior outpatient experience is preferred. Compensation and Benefits
