Work Environment

Your typical workdays will feature a structured schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, providing consistency while allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care plans designed around individual patient needs, goals, and limitations, ensuring every patient receives the attention they deserve.
• Manage an appropriate caseload of patients, allowing for quality interactions and thorough treatment sessions.
• Apply expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, leveraging years of experience to guide your clinical reasoning and practice.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions that enhance patient mobility and overall functionality.
• Promote non-invasive treatment modalities to effectively reduce the necessity for medications and invasive procedures.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive care plans that incorporate various evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Design and adapt fitness and wellness programs tailored specifically to meet the diverse needs of each patient.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery journey, fostering a positive and empowering environment for healing.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and maintaining detailed documentation of services rendered.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, demonstrating a clean record with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proven competence in using manual therapy techniques and a strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation practices.
• Skilled in developing and administering exercise programs tailored to patient ability and recovery goals.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, to facilitate accurate and efficient documentation.
• Strong commitment to staying updated with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Background in sports medicine is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in patient-centered care with a record of improving patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
