Work Environment

This position requires on-site work in our state-of-the-art outpatient office. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to meet patient needs and clinical demands. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment protocols based on thorough patient assessments to address mobility, strength deficits, and specific rehabilitation goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, and functional activities, ensuring proper techniques are followed to promote recovery and prevent further injury.
• Educate patients and their families on body mechanics, exercise guidelines, and personalized home exercise programs to encourage ongoing rehabilitation outside the clinic.
• Utilize modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy effectively and safely as part of treatment plans.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking changes in strength, range of motion, and functional capacities to refine treatment approaches.
• Maintain and prepare treatment areas, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are organized and readily accessible for smooth therapy sessions.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to ensure cohesive patient care and optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide emotional encouragement to patients, fostering a supportive environment and promoting mental resilience throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in patient care, focusing on confidentiality and the respect of patients' rights.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
