Work Environment

You will work onsite in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in South River, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations to assess functional limitations and create customized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy sessions effectively, using evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers about treatment strategies and home exercise programs, ensuring they are engaged in their recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation adhering to local and national compliance standards, including daily notes, treatment plans, and insurance billing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and communicate progress to physicians regularly.
• Participate in leadership functions that promote community outreach, marketing initiatives, and program development.
• Attend regular staff meetings and continuing education sessions to ensure professional development and skill enhancement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
