Position Overview

Body Orthopedic Pain Management, Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapists for our onsite Rehabilitation Center located in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Implement direct physical therapy interventions to alleviate pain, prevent disability, and improve muscle function in alignment with personalized care plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring adherence to established treatment protocols and enhancing team efficiency.
• Perform thorough diagnostic evaluations, assessing clients' functional abilities and identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct environmental assessments of patients' homes, recommending necessary modifications to foster independence and safety.
• Deliver in-home physical therapy services and therapeutic exercises, including manual and functional activities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer treatments such as traction and massages, aiming to enhance patient recovery and comfort.
• Evaluate and adjust the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices, making recommendations for modifications when necessary.
• Collaborate in the development, review, and update of individualized care plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records to support the continuity of care, ensuring compliance with administrative requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review complex cases, contributing to collective treatment strategies.
• Educate clients and families on the effective use of therapy devices and home exercise programs, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Complete necessary community resource evaluations to connect clients with additional support services.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned that align with the mission and goals of Body Orthopedic Pain Management, Inc.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our dedicated team provides care primarily for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain conditions, and improving functional mobility. The client population encompasses a broad demographic, including elderly patients and those with various physical impairments requiring specialized rehabilitation therapies.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapy (PT) licensure in New Jersey.
• At least one (1) year of experience in acute care or home care settings, demonstrating the ability to manage complex cases.
• Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance to facilitate in-home care visits.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills, with a commitment to clinical integrity and quality patient care.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and governing agency regulations affecting physical therapy practice.

Preferred Experience

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
