The Physical Therapist will be working onsite at our well-equipped rehabilitation center located in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Perform all professional duties with integrity, adhering to the company's values and principles while promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Comply with the New Jersey State Practice Act and other regulatory guidelines to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
• Evaluate patients through thorough assessments to establish personalized treatment goals and program plans, employing evidence-based practices.
• Design and implement comprehensive, goal-directed treatment regimens to maximize patient recovery and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate treatment plans with other healthcare practitioners, ensuring holistic patient care.
• Document patient progress effectively using our electronic health record (EHR) system and participate in patient case reviews.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment objectives, ongoing management, and preventive care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and team meetings, sharing insights to enhance practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role encompasses serving a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric individuals with various orthopedic conditions. Our team navigates the complexities of physical therapy within a community setting, focusing on rebuilding strength, mobility, and overall functionality, which plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing physical therapy services, with a strong understanding of orthopedics and rehabilitation techniques.
• Demonstrated capabilities in managing treatment regimens and assessing age-specific medical data.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in a rehabilitation center or acute-care setting and those familiar with advanced therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, dry needling, or modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation will be given preference.

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
