Work Environment

The selected Physical Therapist will work primarily onsite in our outpatient office, engaging directly with patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our work schedule is structured to offer the perfect work-life balance, with hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, developing tailored care plans that address their unique rehabilitation needs.
• Provide individualized treatments using a range of techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, ensuring each treatment is well-suited to the patient's circumstances.
• Maintain an optimal patient load that allows for focused therapy and genuine interaction with clients, ensuring their specific goals and questions are addressed.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey, fostering a supportive environment for healing and progress.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
