Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our modern outpatient facility in Carteret, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide expert consultations to other healthcare providers to ensure a smooth continuum of care for each patient.
• Document treatment plans, patient progress, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards through accurate record-keeping.
