Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the physical therapy needs of patients experiencing limitations due to injuries, illnesses, or post-surgical recovery.
• Develop and implement detailed, individualized treatment plans utilizing methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to promote healing, pain relief, and mobility improvement.
• Document patients' progress meticulously, ensuring responses to treatment are recorded accurately to inform ongoing care strategies.
• Regularly reassess and modify treatment plans in response to patient feedback and progress toward rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment methods, strategies for pain management, and the use of any assistive devices necessary for recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative conditions, chronic pain syndromes, and other physical impairments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
