Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical limitations and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patients' goals, incorporating various therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to enhance mobility and function, employing cost-effective approaches.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment protocols, and prevention strategies, empowering them on their healing journey.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring thorough attention and care for each patient's unique situation.
• Monitor patient progress continuously, making necessary modifications to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment sessions, and outcomes using EMR tools like Web PT for precise and compliant record-keeping.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes and ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Encourage patient engagement and motivation by celebrating milestones in their rehabilitation while fostering a positive healing environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic ranges from athletes requiring rehabilitative care for sports-related injuries to individuals experiencing pain due to chronic conditions. In this role, you will address a variety of orthopedic concerns, rehabilitation for post-surgical patients, and cases that require preventative care, emphasizing non-surgical interventions to lessen the reliance on pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license with a clean record, free from sanctions or board actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques.
• Ability to develop and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience in using EMR software effectively for documentation and patient management, with a particular emphasis on Web PT.
• Strong knowledge of current physical therapy practices and methodologies informed by ongoing research.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years working in an orthopedic outpatient setting or rehabilitation facility is preferred.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and manual therapy techniques is advantageous.
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration and patient education practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
