Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a home care environment, assessing their physical abilities and limitations following injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans using a range of therapeutic methods, including exercises, manual therapy, and equipment designed to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Implement treatment sessions effectively while documenting patient progress meticulously to track improvements and adjust care strategies accordingly.
• Regularly reevaluate patients' conditions, modifying treatment plans to reflect progress and set new therapeutic goals that align with patients' needs.
• Educate patients and their families about exercise techniques, proper use of assistive devices, and overall health and wellness strategies to enhance recovery and independence.
• Maintain professional competence by engaging in continuing education workshops, attending seminars, and being an active participant in relevant professional associations.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure comprehensive knowledge in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits
