Work Environment

Our outpatient office is thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their unique physical therapy needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer personalized therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy and exercise programs, to promote recovery and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on exercises and wellness practices, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and overall health.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Web PT, for accurate documentation of treatment sessions and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care and to discuss cases and progression.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by advocating for strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination enhancement through fitness and rehabilitation programs.
• Provide evidence-based care to ensure patients receive the most effective and up-to-date treatment methodologies.
• Uphold a manageable patient load to ensure quality time and attention is given to each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at True Motion, you will be working primarily with a diverse range of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with a clean record, free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Strong familiarity with orthopedic rehabilitation practices and evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and an ability to design effective exercise regimens.
• Experience using EMR systems, specifically Web PT, for precise patient documentation and management.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the physical therapy field.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

True Motion offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
