Core Therapeutics Physical Therapy PLLC is actively seeking a dedicated, full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Avenel, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where collaboration and patient-centered care are at the forefront of our mission. Operating from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, you will engage with a diverse patient population while working alongside skilled physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy sessions to patients, customizing treatment approaches to align with their specific recovery goals.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure each session is thorough and enriching, allowing you to dedicate ample time to developing effective care plans.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, drawing upon previous experiences to provide exceptional services.
• Implement cost-effective treatment techniques aimed at improving patient mobility and motion, focusing on non-surgical interventions and minimizing reliance on prescription medications.
• Develop tailor-made rehabilitation and wellness programs that cater to the unique fitness needs of each patient.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Keep precise documentation of all services provided, leveraging Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as Web PT for accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering an environment of support and empowerment.
• Educate patients on the benefits of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, emphasizing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of patients who require rehabilitation services due to sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, or chronic pain conditions. Each patient presents unique challenges, and your role is crucial in developing tailored strategies that facilitate recovery and enhance their physical capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey with a clean record that reflects no sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Strong ability to create and implement successful exercise programs that cater to diverse patient needs.
• Solid understanding of EMR systems, particularly the Web PT software, for accurate patient documentation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy methodologies and practices informed by the latest research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is highly preferred, ideally with exposure to sports medicine practices.
• A proven track record of positive patient outcomes through evident therapeutic intervention approaches.
• Advanced certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy, such as manual therapy or sports rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
