Core Therapeutics Physical Therapy PLLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient clinic in East Brunswick, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to help patients regain movement, enhance their physical well-being, and improve their quality of life through targeted rehabilitation strategies and personalized care plans.

Work Environment

This position is onsite at our cutting-edge outpatient facility, which boasts advanced therapeutic technologies and modern treatment spaces designed to enhance the recovery experience. Our team consists of knowledgeable professionals who collaborate to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a stable work schedule. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients thoroughly to develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique goals and physical capabilities.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, allowing for focused attention and timely communication with each patient throughout their journey.
• Apply expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing a blend of hands-on techniques and contemporary treatment modalities.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices in treatment to ensure effectiveness and promote patient safety.
• Educate patients about their conditions and the importance of adherence to prescribed home exercise programs to facilitate ongoing progress.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) systems like Web PT, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Engage patients with positive reinforcement and motivational strategies that foster a commitment to their health and recovery initiatives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrative care that aligns with patient needs.
• Continuously re-evaluate treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical observations to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Promote wellness initiatives, focusing on enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination to prevent future injuries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists primarily of individuals seeking rehabilitation for sports-related injuries, orthopedic conditions, and post-surgical recovery. In this role, you will work closely with active patients, emphasizing non-surgical treatment options that support their recovery and empower them to lead healthier lives.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license without any history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques and interventions based on current research.
• Ability to design and implement effective therapeutic exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to ensure accurate clinical documentation and patient tracking.
• A solid understanding and application of contemporary physical therapy practices supported by peer-reviewed evidence.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient setting, specifically with sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated success in managing a diverse patient caseload and delivering exceptional patient care.
