Work Environment

You will work in a friendly and fast-paced outpatient office surrounded by an experienced team of medical professionals, including MDs, Chiropractors, and fellow Physical Therapists. This environment promotes collaboration and communication, ensuring that each member of our team contributes their expertise to help our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. The clinic operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough one-on-one patient evaluations to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to aid recovery and improve function.
• Regularly reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare providers, and specialists to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, exercise techniques, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation, adhering to practice management systems and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in outpatient rehabilitation.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Realign Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
