Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Physical Therapist will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations with in-depth reviews of patient history, objective assessments, and clear documentation of findings and recommendations.
• Communicating evaluation results and treatment plans to both patients and their families, actively involving them in setting achievable goals.
• Implementing individualized treatment protocols based on initial assessments and the evolving health care landscape, demonstrating consistent proficiency.
• Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, documenting any changes in a patient's condition that may necessitate adjustments to their plan.
• Overseeing discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring that all documentation, from initial evaluations to discharge summaries, is completed accurately and promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• American Heart Association CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.

Preferred Experience
