Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care, ensuring that treatment plans address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, allowing for thorough attention and dedicated time spent with each patient.
• Leverage your expertise to provide orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing techniques and strategies drawn from your comprehensive background in physical therapy.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure thorough and precise record-keeping.
• Regularly evaluate treatment results and adapt approaches as necessary to optimize recovery and health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse range of patients, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Our clientele typically includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other mobility-related issues. Therefore, your ability to connect with patients from various backgrounds and tailor treatment modalities accordingly is essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program is preferred.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with a pristine professional record free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional mastery of manual therapy techniques and a demonstrated ability to develop effective exercise programs.
• Experience utilizing EMR software, with proficiency in Web PT being advantageous for efficient documentation.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices informed by the latest research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting specific to orthopedic care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The yearly salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 120,000, commensurate with your level of experience and expertise.
