Work Environment

This role is based in our onsite rehabilitation center, where we cater to a diverse patient demographic, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals seeking to regain mobility after surgery, and clients managing chronic pain conditions. The work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced lifestyle while serving our patients effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and create tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals and health needs.
• Deliver high-quality, hands-on therapy, utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care during their rehabilitation journey.
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions that emphasize non-surgical alternatives to medications, enhancing patients' physical well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of patients' health and recovery.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems like Web PT.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their therapy, fostering a positive and empowering rehabilitation environment.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness and injury prevention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals seeking rehabilitative care following orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. With our focus on outpatient rehabilitation, we cater to a variety of age groups and physical activity levels. Qualifications

• Current and active state license as a Physical Therapist with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Proficient in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Strong familiarity with EMR software, particularly Web PT, for efficient documentation and record-keeping.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy research and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Demonstrated success in managing a caseload of diverse patient needs effectively.
• Specialization in sports medicine or prior experience in working with athletic populations is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
