Work Environment

As part of our outpatient office, you will work directly with patients one-on-one in a collaborative setting with fellow healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical abilities and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities, tailored to each patient's needs and physician's plan of care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery pathways.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers, empowering them with the knowledge to manage their conditions and improve their quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to discuss treatment approaches, share insights, and optimize patient care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance requirements per state regulations and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to treat a wide range of patient demographics, focusing on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Your interactions with patients will range from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients rehabilitating after surgeries or managing chronic pain. By fostering strong therapeutic relationships, you will set the stage for improved outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a licensed physical therapist.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
• Proficient in computing and documentation software tools for patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient setting with a focus on specialized rehabilitation, including but not limited to sports medicine, pediatric therapy, or neurologic rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based practice to enhance treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 based on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation that includes additional performance-based incentives for outstanding care delivery.
