Licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Position Overview

Realign Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team in our Woodbridge, New Jersey outpatient clinic. This full-time position offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough one-on-one evaluations of patients to assess their physical health, mobility, and pain levels.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and neuromuscular re-education, to facilitate patient recovery.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers in a multidisciplinary approach to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical findings and patient feedback.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic strategies, recovery expectations, and ways to improve their overall health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and outcomes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

In this role, you will be supporting a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, athletes recovering from sports injuries, and those managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey, or eligibility to obtain one.

• An ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within outpatient services.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive annual salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
