Work Environment

Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to determine individual needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges faced by each patient.
• Utilize a variety of advanced therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients on effective strategies for managing their conditions, including proper body mechanics, ergonomic practices, and injury prevention.
• Monitor patients' progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical response and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide seamless patient care.
• Document all treatment interventions, progress, and outcomes meticulously in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Revive, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, those managing chronic conditions, and patients seeking rehabilitation for sports-related injuries. We treat a wide spectrum of conditions, such as back and neck pain, joint issues stemming from osteoarthritis, post-surgical recovery, and improving balance and gait. Our commitment to personalized care ensures that each patient receives the attention and techniques suited for their specific path to recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Knowledge of advanced modalities and treatment techniques relevant to outpatient care.

Compensation and Benefits
