Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, symptoms, and medical histories to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and apply expert knowledge to prescribe effective interventions and therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Educate patients on the proper use of therapeutic exercises and equipment, such as walkers or wheelchairs, to enhance mobility.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, including massage and manual therapy, to optimize patient healing and recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve specific therapeutic goals.
• Advise patients and their families on at-home exercise routines and self-care strategies to foster independence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including referring them to specialists when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid Doctor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
