Step into Strength Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Rehabilitation Center in Old Bridge, New Jersey. This full-time, onsite position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, as well as an excellent benefits package. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Step into Strength Physical Therapy, you will:

• Consult with patients to assess their physical conditions and symptoms effectively.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and formulate tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercise techniques to foster independence and ensure safe practices.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, including stimulation and massage, to promote healing and alleviate pain.
• Assist patients with adaptive equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers, ensuring safety and comfort during sessions.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking goals and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and exercises to support ongoing recovery.

Qualifications
