Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Treating an average of three adult patients per hour, primarily within the age range of 40-65, addressing various musculoskeletal and functional impairments.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and collaborating openly with patients to foster their understanding and engagement.
• Employing various hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to maximize recovery and functional independence.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using the CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Actively collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals during case reviews to facilitate a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population you will serve consists of adults aged 40-65, many of whom deal with chronic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, or movement disorders. Your ability to connect with patients on a personal level and your clinical expertise will be crucial in instilling confidence and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• An active or eligibility for a Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills to facilitate effective communication and relationship-building with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
