Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized evaluations and treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Maintain a manageable caseload that allows for thorough attention to individual patient care, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Exhibit specialty in orthopedic outpatient care, effectively managing conditions related to musculoskeletal health.
• Select and implement cost-effective treatment strategies that promote mobility and functional independence.
• Encourage the use of non-surgical alternatives while minimizing patient dependency on medications.
• Create and apply comprehensive care plans integrated with a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Design fitness and wellness programs that address specific physiologic requirements, enhancing the overall therapeutic process.
• Incorporate evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes and ensure personalized care.
• Motivate and inspire patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, promoting adherence to their treatment regimens.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey is a must, with a clean history devoid of any sanctions or board proceedings.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
