Work Environment

This role is situated in our outpatient clinic in Keansburg, NJ, where you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver superior patient care. As a Full-Time employee, you will typically work 40 hours weekly, including variable weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient needs and goals.
• Monitor patients' progress, modifying treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, progress, and home exercise programs.
• Document all patient interactions, evaluations, and treatment plans following organizational policies and professional standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services.
• Provide supervision and guidance to support staff, including physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, in-services, and continuing education programs.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your work will involve treating adult patients suffering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility impairments. You will work closely with each patient, understanding their individual challenges and tailoring your approach to promote their recovery and rehabilitation effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
