Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy care plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient, enhancing functional outcomes.
• Manage a diverse patient load while ensuring each patient receives dedicated attention and effective treatment during their sessions.
• Exhibit expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing advanced methodologies and treatment modalities from your clinical experience.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies that prioritize mobility improvement, placing emphasis on non-surgical options to reduce medication dependency.
• Develop comprehensive, evidence-based care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programming.
• Motivate and empower patients by creating personalized fitness and wellness programs aligned with their rehabilitation goals.
• Continuously assess and document patient progress, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software such as Web PT to maintain accurate, thorough records.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive and interdisciplinary care, addressing all aspects of the patient's health and wellness journey.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment strategies to maximize patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse patient demographic with various musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Patients range from athletes seeking to enhance performance or recover from injuries to individuals recovering from surgeries or managing chronic pain. Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Possession of an active and impeccable Physical Therapist License in the state of New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proven ability to apply a variety of manual therapy techniques effectively, ensuring patient comfort and optimal outcomes.
• Strong background in developing and implementing exercise programs, demonstrating creativity and adaptability.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for precise documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly within a rehabilitation or sports medicine environment, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Flagship Healthcare Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise in the field.
