Work Environment

The physical therapy practice operates onsite Monday through Friday, with a daily work schedule from 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy care to each patient by designing personalized treatment plans based on their unique goals and health needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure that each individual receives focused attention and comprehensive support throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, employing a range of evidence-based practices to enhance patients' mobility and functionality.
• Implement cost-effective treatments that prioritize non-surgical options, reducing patients' reliance on medications.
• Develop and execute detailed care plans incorporating diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to optimize recovery.
• Create and administer wellness and fitness programs that address patients' specific rehabilitation goals and enhance their overall health.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to care plans based on patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient interactions and treatment sessions, ensuring excellent continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Muscle Essential Physical Therapy, you will work closely with a diverse population of clients, including athletes, post-surgical patients, and individuals recovering from injuries. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license, free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and treatment modalities.
• Strong capability in developing, implementing, and overseeing effective exercise programs catered to patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, essential for maintaining precise documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
