This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and progress.
• Implement treatment protocols effectively and efficiently while adapting to the changing needs of patients based on ongoing assessments.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to ensure a clear understanding of the patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Consult with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and to modify treatment plans as necessary based on observed changes in patient conditions.
• Participate in discharge planning, ensuring patients transition seamlessly to their next phase of recovery with appropriate follow-up care instructions.
• Commit to professional development by engaging in continuous education and participating in team meetings and discussions that enhance overall service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while completing required corporate and clinical training to uphold the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and often present with a range of orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Your role will be critical in not only rehabilitating these individuals physically but also in providing emotional support and motivation, as many clients are eager to return to their active lifestyles.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is required.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and preparedness in emergencies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic medical records systems to facilitate documentation and patient management.
• Prior work in a multidisciplinary team setting to enhance collaborative care practices.
