Work Environment

This position requires working onsite within our home care setting, where you will interact directly with patients in a structured yet flexible environment. Our vibrant team consists of two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), all committed to fostering collaboration and promoting the best therapeutic practices. Operating primarily during weekdays, your work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to understand their goals and needs, ensuring a personalized treatment approach.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, treating one patient per hour to provide focused and quality care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to develop comprehensive care plans that include various physical therapy techniques tailored to each patient's unique requirements.
• Implement cost-effective treatment modalities to enhance patients' mobility and functional independence while minimizing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Create individualized fitness and wellness programs that promote healthy lifestyles, incorporating exercises designed to strengthen, increase flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their treatment processes to ensure their engagement and commitment to rehabilitation.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient care services provided, including treatment outcomes and progress, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, offering the best outcomes for our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Evolution Physical Therapy, we work with a population that predominantly consists of adults with private insurance—ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Proven track record of maintaining a clean professional record, free from any board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and an exceptional ability to design and implement tailored exercise protocols.
• Competence in utilizing EMR software, specifically WebPT, for efficient patient management and record keeping.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings, with hands-on familiarity in managing surgical and non-surgical cases.
• A background in treating a diverse range of conditions with an outcome-focused approach.

Compensation and Benefits

At Evolution Physical Therapy, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
