Our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with state-of-the-art sports medicine resources, making it an ideal environment for therapeutic development. We take pride in our team, comprised of two experienced physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), who work collaboratively to ensure our patients receive the highest quality treatment tailored to their individual needs. Our clinic primarily serves clients with private medical insurance, thus allowing us to concentrate on providing dedicated and focused care.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires on-site work within our rehabilitation center in Marlboro, New Jersey. With a typical schedule running from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will benefit from a stable work-life balance, enabling you to engage fully with your patients while enjoying the aspects of your personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to understand their unique goals and requirements, setting individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient caseload consisting of one patient per hour, allowing for high-quality, personalized interactions.
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to the orthopedic outpatient population, helping to improve patient mobility and strength.
• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans that integrate a variety of treatment modalities and fitness programs.
• Actively engage with patients to motivate and support them throughout their rehabilitation process, fostering a sense of community and encouragement.
• Document all patient care services thoroughly and maintain high standards of communication with both patients and the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, engaging in discussions that enhance the overall care provided to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist at Evolution Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will directly contribute to their recovery and rehabilitation, making a meaningful difference in their lives. You will utilize your skills to reduce their reliance on medications, guiding them towards healthier lifestyle choices that enhance their physical abilities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with no disciplinary actions in your professional history.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of exercise protocols specific to orthopedic conditions.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with advanced rehabilitation techniques and protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
